DECRETO por el que se expide la Ley Federal de Protección a la Propiedad Industrial y se abroga la Ley de la Propiedad Industrial.

ANDRÉS MANUEL LÓPEZ OBRADOR, Presidente de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, a sus habitantes sabed:
Que el Honorable Congreso de la Unión se ha servido dirigirme el siguiente
DECRETO
"EL CONGRESO GENERAL DE LOS ESTADOS UNIDOS MEXICANOS, DECRETA:
SE EXPIDE LA LEY FEDERAL DE PROTECCIÓN A LA PROPIEDAD INDUSTRIAL Y SE ABROGA LA LEY DE LA PROPIEDAD INDUSTRIAL.
ARTÍCULO ÚNICO.- Se expide la Ley Federal de Protección a la Propiedad Industrial, para quedar como sigue:
